Dispatch Times

We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 1pm Monday–Friday on the same day. Orders after this time or on weekends will be sent the next working day.

Delivery Delays

While most parcels arrive on time, occasional delays may happen due to postal disruptions or severe weather. If you have any concerns, just get in touch—we're always happy to help.

• Quick & Easy – Send your item back with your order details and whether you’d like a refund or exchange.
  
  
• 60-Day Return Policy – Return within 60 days for a full refund.
  
  
• Item Condition – Returns must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  
  
• Non-Refundable Items – Unfortunately, we can’t refund gift cards or items that are damaged, missing parts, or not in their original condition.
